World Whiskey Society is honored to present the Publioteca, Volume 5. This set pairs our Classic Collection of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in a port cask, with “Bourbon” by Clay Risen, 2021.

Each Bourbon box set portrays the evolution of Kentucky whiskey while providing notable pairing options and distillery profiles. This pairing provides both the taste and the history and craft of Kentucky Straight Bourbon, allowing each Publioteca owner to gain a better appreciation for this far-from-ordinary bourbon.

Each Publioteca Box includes one bottle of a limited release WWS’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that has been finished in a port cask. This limited-release bourbon has a beautiful golden, amber hue with lingering notes of warm vanilla, maple syrup, and ripe fruit.
