Sourced from Heaven Hill Distillery and boasting a mashbill of 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley, the 12-year aging process has imparted a remarkable smoothness and refinement to our classic straight bourbon whiskey.

Tasting Notes:

The whiskey opens with decadent scents that showcase its Oloroso sherry cask finish, adding a layer of complexity.

Notes of red berries and cherry tarts dance out of the glass and are joined with a subtle brownie batter note along with more traditional notes of oak, vanilla bean, and pepeprcorn.

The midpoint starts with a burst of red berries before transitioning to drier notes, which helps temper the sweetness.
