Nose:
Lemon and pineapple lead the sweet nose into the palate, which gathers other fruit on the tongue. The well-rounded mouthfeel leads into a good finish accented by the oak and honeyed spice from the oak, showing the age influence of this hogshead.

Palate:
A powerful and complex profile dappled with the essence of ginger biscuits, turmeric, fresh lemon, pineapple, sage, Victoria sponge cake, and sweet honey.
